on top of foundation if you try to move it around on your face it picks up the foundation and just makes skin colored chunks... also I haven't figured out how to apply the sparkles well without my finger or brush keeping most of the product on it.Katryna — 8/23/2016
I get that this is meant to go over your eyeshadow but even then it's not that great. Barely any comes off and it's very sticky and gets everywhere, it's not like other 'pigments'. For 99c, it's fine but I wouldn't recommend it. I have 4 of them and I barely use them. But they would be perfect for any festival looks like for around your face or on your body.Dragana — 7/28/2016

People! It's not meant as a base eye shadow, or an eye shadow in general (well, kind of). It's supposed to go OVER your eye shadow, most likely one that's already glittery and all but this just gives it definition. LOVE IT :)Victoria — 4/10/2016
This stuff is great but it's meant to go on top of other stuff - to *add* sparkle. I like it not only over my eyeshadow but over lipcolor, along cheek or collar bones, even for making a sort of "facepaint" symbol. I had the opposite problem from it not staying - I found bits of glitter on my skin for a couple of days - even after showers. Since I love to sparkle - it wasn't a problem for me. You don't need much to have a lot of impact and piling it on won't work well.
This stuff is SO awful!!! Once you get the chunks of glitter to lay flat, the entire mess slides off the lids. I can't believe WnW would sell something so horrible. Thrown in the trash! Now if they would sell glitter + glue, I'd buy the hell out of that!Tonya — 2/18/2016
Im not a fan of this it doesn't go on well at all and it just slides off my eye disappointed wish it would be betterchristina — 11/17/2015
This is the worst formula. It's like if they just got glitter and mixed it with petroleum jelly. It doesn't stay, even on top of eyeshadow with primer.Judith — 10/27/2015
