*SNIFF*:’) We’re gonna get all sentimental here! We remember it so fondly. You were a preteen, first experimenting with makeup, going to the drugstore with only a buck in your pocket and getting your first wet n wild eyeliner. We were there for you then and we’re here for you now – better than ever! These 12-hour, long-wearing liners have rich, hyper-pigmented color, an oh-so-smooth, oh-so-creamy application, and are versatile enough to create any look you want. No wonder they’re so raved about by celebs and makeup artists. But don’t worry, just because we’re all Hollywood now doesn’t mean we’ve forgotten about you. What was YOUR first wet n’ wild eyeliner color? Ours was blue.

    very nice

  • It's ok

The colors are nicely pigmented and it glides on. The only problem is when you go to sharpen it, the shape doesn't hold and it just doesn't want to sharpen. This is a bummer because the product itself is good.

  • kohl liner pencil

I have been using this product for many many years and have been very satisfied with it, until the last year or so.....you have changed the consistency of the lead in the pencil....right now it is tooooooo soft...after putting it on as a liner on my lid the color spreads down to the bottom lid...it is much tooooooo soft...please go back to the way it was.....

  • Gave it a chance.

Needed something to fill in my eyebrows, now lets get to the pros
    *its a dollar.
    *multiple brow colors.
    *lots of product.
    *great for sticking powders on
*Not long wearing at all. I tested this throughout 2 weeks. Keep in mind I'm a sweaty male.
*The shade "Taupe of the mornin'" is NOT TAUPE. IT IS A VERY GREEN BLONDE.
*When you sharpen the product, it just crumbles off the pencil.
*You will not get a sharp point out of this, its so creamy that it is terrible as a brow product.

For a dollar, its still not worth it.
And for an eyeliner, the wood part is never short enough to not poke you in the eye when you apply it.
I love wet n wild, especially their highlighters but honestly this was a terrible product.

  • Pretty in mink

This is my favorite go to pencil goes on super easy

  • favorite eye liner

I use this eyeliner in the bronze color whenever I need a little more pizzazz! I have blue/grey/green eyes and the bronze really makes them pop.

The formula is a little soft, but can be easily blended out with a q tip if needed.

Also, can't beat the price for amount of product!

  • Problem with Pencil - Customer Service is AWFUL

I’ve been using wet n wild cosmetics since I was a teenager in the late 70’s. I still use several products to this day, including the Color Icon Kohl Liner Pencil in Taupe. Sadly, my latest purchase came up 3” short on the Taupe Liner. No, it did not fall out of the pencil, it just wasn’t there. I certainly don’t expect Taupe Liner to the very end (even though most wooden pencils are made that way), however I don’t expect my pencil to come up 3” short. I was disappointed about this & contacted wet n wild Customer Service. I spoke to Angie & explained the situation & said I would send a photo if needed. She told me I had to send the pencil back to them at an address in City of Industry, CA in order for them to determine if I was due a replacement. She told me not to send it in a regular envelope, so basically, I need to spend more in postage than the $ 0.99 Liner Pencil which was short on Taupe Liner. I am only writing this to say how VERY DISAPPOINTED I am in how wet n wild handles a defective product, especially for a customer of 40 years. Yes, it’s only a $ 0.99 Liner Pencil, but should not come up 3” short on liner.

  • Really Creamy Formula

The formula is so creamy honestly its great for brows and eyes love these for only 99 cent

  • Good

very smooth glides on easily is dark but MAKES smudges and transfer

  • Liner pencil

    Glides on easily
    Doesn't smudge

  • Bueno

    Es bueno pero seco

  • :)

A little smudgy but very nice!

  • Not very good quality

Pretty disappointed at the quality of this. I've been using the same purple eyeliner for years and It ran out and coudlent find it anywhere so I came here to see if you still had it and looks as if it's discontinued. I decided to try the new shade that is offered and it's just not the same. The color wasn't so bad but the actual eyeliner itself is not hard so every time you use it the color brakes off and leaves you having to sharpen it one to two times before getting a somewhat even line.

  • Fair

Ran out of brown liquid eyeliner so tried using pretty in mink and was to creamy. Did like how they work when using as regular eyeliner.

  • I absolutely Love them.

These were on sale in my drugstore for like 74¢ and I bought the white one. After using using it on my lower lash line once, I ran back and bought every other color they had! I love them. So creamy and pigmented. They smudge though so be careful!

  • liner pencil

great colors, have used them for years! creamy and true to color.

  • Amazing

Goes on very smooth and has great pigmentation. Would definetly buy again.

  • Love it but smudges

I love the deep color of the black eyeliner, and the application is so smooth. However it is very quick to smudge; which works well if you are going for that smokey look, but the raccoon eyed look under your lashes is not so desirable.

  • Been using these for several years

I've been using these for at least 20 years. I use one color for my eyeliner and another for my eyebrows. I've tried other brands over the years and nothing works as well, or wears as well as these do. Great product, great price, and cruelty free. Thank You Wet N Wild.

  • love it

I've used these eyeliner pencils for years, the application is smooth and stays put.

  • Really like these

I own Baby's Got Black and Simma Brown now and I like them both. Will be trying liquid when I run out but if you need eyeliners that are cheap if you are on a budget or haven't mastered liquid eyeliner, then I suggest getting these!

  • The only eyeliner i use

For 99c how can anyone pass this up? Honestly this was my first eyeliner ever! I used this during my emo and scene phase. This is a hidden gem at the drugstore that a lot of people don't notice because it's been out for some time. But for 99c I think I'm going to get all shades. I have nothing to complain about except that it dose transfer when you tight line the waterline or the upper eyelash line. It can get a bit messy. But overall I love this!

  • Meh

I neither love or hate this liner.

  • Forever a Go-To!

This was the first eyeliner I ever asked my mom to buy me when I was 12, and thirteen years later, it's still my go-to pencil! I've owned one of every color at some point in my life, and I always have at least one or two on hand at all times! You can't beat a buck!

  • Why?

The Wet n Wild Icon Kohl Liner Pencils used to be sooooo perfect before they changed them. They were perfect for lining your eyes and also for doing your eyebrows. I used to buy their Icon Liner Pencil in the color C652 ,which were the dark brown color pencils , in bulk. The dark brown pencil always had my eyebrows on fleek! Now ever since they came out with these new liners I can't find them anywhere. Please bring back the old icon kohl liner pencils.

  • I love the color intensity.

I use these in black and in all the other colors. I love how even the lightest colors have a great color payoff on deeper skin tones. I've tried other brands that cost more and none compare. Love these!

Incredible brightness, the colors are absolutely gorgeous! I love this product, although, it will smeer if you rub your eyes often.

  • The best.

I use eye liner everyday, and this is the best! I have tried many different brands but will always chose this over all the rest. If someone asks me what I recommend, I tell them this.

  • Perfect

It's so affordable, pigmented, and stays on all day (ESPECIALLY if you use primer beforehand)! The pencil doesn't need to be sharpened too often and it's huge! Definitely recommend.

  • 20 yrs of makeup and I STILL reach for these.

I always have on hand black, mink brown, taupe, bronzed , & white. The names may change but my love for them haven't. Sharpens easily, smudges easily, long lasting, multi uses, and consistent pigment. Most days I use a combination of mink brown and taupe on my brows with Megaclear brow & last Mascara. Bronzed is my go to eye liner for no shadow natural make up days. Also these are great for costume make up. My mother used them on me at Halloween and I have been doing the same.
